Sent me a product unlike what was shown in photo and it smells like vinegar. After two weeks of use, there is no change in moles & skin tags it was guaanteed to remove

I ordered Dermazen from the HerbalZen Company on 11/30 and received a product shortly after. It looked nothing like what was pictured.

It is a watery liquid, not a cream as expected, and smells like vinegar. However, I have used it faithfully according to directions for two weeks now and have had NO RESULTS. My credit card has been charged $45.45.

I have called the number that appeared on my credit card bill and left a message. No one answered. So far, no reply.
