Hidden deep within their very colorful, many paged website that tells all about the DVD, is a single sentence advising of the memberhsip program with it's recurring monthly shipments and charges. Many, many pages of info, and only one single sentence buried in a page of information advising customers that this is a memberhip program, not a single purchase transaction as suggested throughout the entire website presetation.
Immediately upon receipt of the 2nd package I called thier offshore customer service number and cancelled my so-called membership. I was given a cancellation number. Remains to be seen what will be charged to my credit card in the future without my having to report the card as lost in order to get a new number issued so Crunchless ABS cannot charge to it in the future.
I abhore businesses that operate in this manner. Businesses of this natuire should all be required to state upfront on their landing page "THIS IS A MEMBERHSIP PROGRAM WITH RECURRING FEES!!!" But I understand they could not stay in the business of ripping off customers if this were the requirement so it will never happen!!!
