Lipitor Co-Pay Card Advertised at $4 but Capped at $50 Monthly

Lipitor advertises on TV that you can get a $4:00 Co-Pay Card for Lipitor, yet the card in actually is "capped" at $50:00 per month against an outrageous price of $163.00 for 30 Pills. This is technically "False" advertising and should be stopped.
