Red23 Ripoff, Cowboys - What a bunch of Con Artists.
I called them about 4 days before going on holiday to Lanzarote with my family. I ordered some foods and supplements that i would need for my 3 year old son who is autistic so that he would have what he needs while we are there.
I was told by Red23 the ripoff company that everything would be with us within a week which was perfect for us so we could be there a few days to settle in before we took delivery.
2 weeks in to our 3 week holiday, and STILL no delivery, bearing in mind I had called the a few times to this point. The VERY rude guy on the phone advised me that because the items had been sent that they cant do anything about it, apart from me wait in for the items, and then pay to send them back myself (over 50 delivery) then they would CONSIDER a part refund??? What... Thats terrible www.red23.co.uk
All i can advise is that I would NEVER deal with Red23 again, and would recommend anyone thinking of using Red23 "ripoff" company to STAY AWAY!
This is a red 23 review. Im an doing a Red23 Review on how bad my experience is with them, and I will offer my experiences on as many review websites as i can find to ensure that no one else has a red 23 ripoff experience like me!!!
Red23 are a complete bunch of cowboys and should stop trading if the best that they can offer is leave my little boy without the stuff that he needs.
Red23 ripoffs, you have ruined my holiday and the holiday of my family, thanks Red23 for being a ripoff company.
I will be pursuing this through Trading Standards, and through the bank to ensure that i Chargeback on Red23 for this terrible mistake.
