False Patient Assistance Program

I have been on disability for 3 yrs and taking Cymbalta 60 mg for damage done to nerve endings due to chemotherapy, thus taking Cymbalta. Now Eli Lily tells me because I am eligible for Medicare I cannot get my medication. I am not on Medicare Part B because I cannot afford the monthly premium and now have to do without this medication. Their Patient Assistance Program is a fraud for anyone over the age of 62 yrs old. They should be reprimanded for discrimination against those aged 62 yrs and older. We all know thery can afford the programs. They need to be called on this fraudulent practice of saying they have patient assistance for medications. This is not true.
