I'm really dissatisfied with BIOUSA.com a business where nobody cares of clients. I came across the corporation on amazon. I'd never recommend the corporation to anybody actually an animal sorry. I've put an order for ACCU-CHEK test pieces and lancets with that organization in oct; before I put the purchase I named three times to ensure of the termination day, I had been informed it's sept- December. I obtained the things with termination of may; I delivered a large number of emails nobody cares to respond. I named hundreds occasions and brokers I spoke to are extremely rude speaking in a RUDE method, shouting ON ME, keeping me on telephone 7 to 10 mns until line-cut off etc... I simply wish to have the things changed or perhaps a returned; I spoke to Jen many times. I spoke to Claudia Gomez presenting himself like a boss, she's really RUDE and does not worth that location; I spoke to her often and all her offer was USELESS. Nobody really wants to provide me an RMA. A realtor Jeez or Jen asked me to deliver the purchase back to get a reimbursement of products shipping charge (charge used-to ship them back which whole is 6.76 = 5.48). I did so and also the bundle was obtained on December on 18 at 9:01 in Brea. Every two to three times I've required that reimbursement. Claudia stated she's to keep in touch with a guy... And callback; never hear from her. I named her back three times, everytime she asked me to begin again the tale and kept me on phone-10 minutes before line-cut down and that I need to dialed again. Friday December 9, I spoke to Jen, she explained Claudia has gone out of workplace and he or she can't procedure the reimbursement since program is along also it may take as much as 3 months for fix actually beyond, and much more she does not understand how much to reimbursement me.
