HIMG is a PPO for Blue Cross and Blue Shield. They have after hours care when you are not able to get an appointment with your doctor. Since they are a PPO they accept a co-payment. Then go back and bill the patient additional fees. My co-payment is suppose to be $25.00. I paid that, then received another bill for another $25.00. Then a month after that another $25.00 bill for the same thing. I have contacted Blue Cross and they say HIMG should not bill me for that, all I am to pay is a co-pay. Yet they keep sending me these bills. They have actually done this to me on 3 separate occasions. I have no idea how to get them to follow the agreement they have with Blue Cross. Except of course go somewhere else.
The whole reason why I have to use them is because I work 6 days a week, long hours and usually can not get in to see my regular care provide
