I ordered my free trial of the HCG Xtrem Weightloss Program all I had to pay was $4.99 for shipping. I finally recived the product after a month of placing my order. I was then charged the full amount for the product: $89.95. I contacted customer service and agreed to send the product back at my own expense, for a refund. They then informed me that they would issue me a refund for only $80.00. The other $9.95 would be held for a restocking fee. I was told that I could expect an electronic refund within three to four business days. 10 days and several phone calls later represintaive explained that the company was experiencing problems with the electronic refunds and would issue me a check. It has been two months and I have yet to recive a check. I have called at least two to three times a week and get the run around from every person I talk to.
