Starbridge Star HRG Insurance
Said that they did not have received the Bill and now it to late with filing Provider said they send the Bill in Time

I have Health - & Dental-Insurance with Starbridge Star HRG Insurance since Augusut 2002. (underwritten by the "MEGA" Life and Health Insurance Company).
On November, 09.2002 (it was a Weekend) I did had severe Toothache, and the only facitlity open at that time was the "Marymount-Hospital" in Garfield Heights/Ohio...
("Cleveland Area").
They do have a Medical - and Dental Facitlity, and they do have Physicians and Dentists as well.
The Facitlity insured me, that they do both!

Starbridge Star HRG Insurance now refused to pay the Bill, even they do have received it from the Facitlity and the Collection-Agency (N.C.O. Collections in Pennsylvania) as well! First, the Starbridge Star HRG Insurance said, they do need a specific Dental-Claim, and I got in contact with the Provider. Now, the Starbridge Star HRG Insurance said, they have never received it.

I got in Contact with the Collection-Agency today, and they insured me, that the Dental-Claim do was filed in Time, and do was send to the Starbridge Star HRG Insurance. A couple days ago, an employee of the Starbridge Star HRG Insuance even admit, that they do have received that Dental-Claim on September, 12.2003.
Another employee of Starbridge Star HRG said, they have never received it. Another employee said, they have received it, but too late! And another Emploee of starbridge Star HRG said, they never have received a Dental-claim, only a Medical Claim.

Different statements from different employee's of Starbridge Star HRG... Every time, I have called them.
I have called them at least 50 times since and got the "run around" since them. The Bill is now on my creditfile, because Starbridge Star HRG refused to pay, even I do have medical - and Dental-Coverage both! The Treatment from November, 09.2002 is do filed as a Dental-claim in Time! This told me the Collection-Agency many times, and just again on this day of May, 07.2004

I dont know, what I can do anymore!
I do had full coverage at the time, and the claim is filed in time, and now it's on my creditfile, because the Starbridge Star HRG Insurance have never paid it.
