My Insuance Company Star HRG said, that the Marymount South ER Physcians did not have filed the claim in time to the appropriate Department, and therefore, the claim is denied!
The Account is now turned over to a Collection-Agency:

Today, April, 28 2004 the Insurance Company Star HRG did confirmed, to received the claim on Sep, 12 2003
when I do have called them back 1 hour later, they said, they did not have received!
One of those 2 Companies (the Insurance-company or the Hospital) is telling the truth, the other not!
I do have send the Hospital about 20 E-mails in my effort in trying to work out this matter, but they dont replay, answer!
