I visited this dentist since i needed a top. I've miltary insurance that will have compensated 1/2 of the price. I gave them the insurance info, Following The function was completed they explained that my statement was $536.00. (i settled them by check #1112 $536.00) I request if my insurance paid something with this. They explained that my statement was $1064.00 and my insurance paid half.
I never received an itemized statement from their website. I tested with my insurance company. Plus they explained they hever obtained a declaration from my Dentist and hadn't settled them something. To create things worse. I obtained a passdue declaration from their store for $532.00, I dropped the dentist is attempting to make use on me due to my era (78).
The dental work wasn't great. My tooth affects constantly and bleeds a great deal. Today I've to visit another Dentist to possess this redone.
