Progene company gave them the information off of tv when I ordered a free sample

I was watching TV and wanted to get a free sample from a company called progene and they wanted 4.99 for shipping so they collected my imfo for my credit card then the next I herd from IC shipping.com with a charge for $12.97 witch I didnt ok anything from this company I never gave them any info and in fact I never herd of this company before I guess the progene company should be reported also for passing my info along with out my permission
