I was watching TV and wanted a free sample from a company called Progene. They wanted 4.99 for shipping, so they collected my information for my credit card.

Then the next I heard was from IC shipping.com, with a charge of $12.97, which I did not okay. I never gave this company any information, and in fact I had never heard of this company before. I guess Progene should also be reported for passing my information along without my permission.
