I have been holding on the phone for an hour to speak with a cs rep at HCG Xtreme
Either they are not interested in speaking with me or they are getting so many calls they cannot handle them all. I spoke with them several times, about my getting a refund of $300.
In the first place, I wanted to try the first bottle. Subsequently I called and canceled the same day, as I did not want to be charged for the product on a monthly bases. I received the product in the mail and my credit card was charged for shipping and $89.00 three days after receiving. I did not know this until I received a second package. I looked at
my credit card account and found I was charged for shipping and this time $99.00, I called right away.
I called my bank to dispute this, they are doing the investigating. They sent another bottle and charged as before. I called the bank back.
In speaking to the bank, I needed a written statement from HCG. I called HCG, I have been waiting for the letter to come 8 days later. (I am still on hold for an agent)
During one of my calls, of course they did not want to refund me.
Next time after I told them I had the right to return and get a refund, which is what I had already done on the last two bottles. Then they said I had to pay shipping and $50, I told them I felt like I was being ripped off. They then said, ok, just the shipping.
I am out $300. This has taught me a big lesson; never try products where the first one is offered free.
