Curb Your Cravings, aka Original Diet Patch, USA Herbals. I ordered the Original Diet Patch which was for a 30 day trial. I went to my doctor and he said not to use them. I was getting patches from 3 different company names. I cancelled them before the 30 days lapsed, but still received a bill. I am disputing this.
