I used to work for for Universal Healthcare inc, St Petersburg, FL. A lot of senors or anyone that has this medicare advantage plan is probably not aware that Universal Healthcare inc. Sends all your personal & medicalrecords to India for processing of claims. When i worked in member services we were told not to tell the members that claims are procesed by NDS, which is a company located in India. I know this because I used to have to scan all the claims, medical records & personal info & email them to NDS. Be very cautious & it is open enrollment. Save your self grief & disgust by cancelling your plans there & picking another company like Optinum or AARP.
