Universal healthcare first of all sends all their medical claims to be processed to India along with your medical & PERSONAL INFORMATION. I worked at universal for several years and I was always told not to let the customer's (members) know that our claims are sent to India, where the ceo is from for processing. I have had all my reviews and they have all been great nothing negative. I was terminated for poor production but I was never spoken to about this. I have proof that my prouction was a lot better that other employees who have been thier longer than I. Their were about 20 of us called into a conferenc room & terminated we were offered servance pay but the company refuses to pay me because during the termination processed I asked a question & was attacked by coo Jim Odrabinak in front of eveyone in the room. I responded by saying "look I was just asking a question you dont have to be a smart-ass" & therefore they refuse to pay me my servance pay. This is not the best company to work for. I was diagnosed with a chronic illness & believe that this is the reason I got terminated. Everyone else belives that was it. For this company being a Medicare replacmnt insurance company I can just imagine how they treat their members. I would like to sue but not sure how to start the process.
