First choice health care healthcare network rip off insurance company - crossamerica health plans / first choice healthcare network / multiplan ppo

Rip Offs and they are not going to get away with it! CrossAmerica Health Plans, First Choice Heathcare Network, Multiplan PPO, National Congress for Employers (all the same company) have not honored any of my claims that I have submitted since March. I have been paying them $342.00 per month for my husband and myself. All these claims have come from doctor visits and one short hospital stay. I've spoken to various people with CrossAmerica Health Plans claiming they will take care of these claims and as of 8/7/08 nothing has been done. The doctor's offices and the hospital are demanding their money for these claims which total $8,000.00. Cross Health America uses various techniques to put you off such as the wrong effective dates and of course never receiving the claims, and blaming the company that is supposed to process the claims. It goes on and on. I am going to alert the New Jersey media and the New Jersey Insurance Commission to see if they can help. My husband and I cannot afford this bill and it sickens me that they are taking advantage of us and many other people using this company. If anyone can help, please contact complaint and they will contact me.
