My wife took delivery of a power wheelchair in Aug. Her chair broke down in two weeks when the motors started to make a grinding sound. We have a lady who lives up the street from us who got the same model as my wifes and she had taken delivery a week before my wifes. Her wheelchair has done the same thing. I told the scooter store that the repair man who looked at the ladies chair up the street said that they had to replace a number of the motors on other chairs. I told the scooter store store this and they as much as called me a liar. Now we have been haveing a hard time to get them to fix my wifes chair. They say we must pay for serivce charge on a allmost new wheelchair. I also took delevery of a chair in sept and I am also have trouble with mine and it is not the same model. I can tell you this they are selling junk. Both off our chairs were made by Pride jazzyschairs and from what I can find out they are both owened by the same people both the scooter store and pride
