(SANTA ANA, CA) — An Orange County Judge delivered shock and awe last week, shutting down Dr. Scott Connelly in the VenturePharma case, wherein Connelly has been sued for fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and business interference. Scott Connelly is no stranger to legal trouble, and has been sued more than twenty-one times over the last two decades, for similar acts of fraud and breach of contract. This time around a desperate Connelly counter-sued everyone associated with confronting him on his apparent fraud.
According to court documents, Joe Hayashi & Fortis General Counsel (Aliso Viejo), cross-defendants in the case, were cleared of all scurrilous and malicious claims brought against him by Connelly as a means of deflection.
