I called to schedule 2 months before expiration date and they were fully booked. They promised to fill me in in the next few months. When they could not, they emailed me, saying the time expired but I could use the coupon with any of their therapists. I did that, and the $30 I paid was deducted from the full price of a massage, meaning that I had merely prepaid my service and did not receive a discount.
