I ordered from Kornax Nutrition over a month ago and they charged me for 3 day shipping which I didn't receive until 2 weeks. Their main line is completely disconnected or every time I call it has this weird click as if someone on the other line is picking up and then hanging up.
I finally got through to someone using the local line but when I did the guy was completely sketchy unprofessional and was literally trying to rush me off the phone. I was a little taken back. He then looked up my order and when I said I was upset I ordered 3 day shipping he just was like okay I see that will see what we can do about refunding it possibly.
I never received a refund, I finally received the order and one of the products were completely damaged and leaked out. I have tried to e-mail the company on numerous occasions with no responses at all. I have left messages almost every other day and absolutely No response.
