I created a scheduled appointment to obtain a reading seek advice from Wonder Hearing a week ago. They named me today, per week before my visit, and explained my appointment was today, and that I had missed it. I told them I'd it on paper for in a few days. The man claimed he "did not wish to create a large deal of it", and that I questioned why it'd be considered a large package in order for them to create a error on my visit evening and period. I told him we'd need to create another visit, and he explained the reappointment could be on Sept. 7th, recognized which was a mistake, subsequently explained it'd be on July 31st, he believed which was a mistake, and lastly he explained July 31st could be my appointment evening. He could not obtain the reappointment directly, however I am designed to feel responsible since I'd a scheduled appointment based on THEIR documents? He eventually got that determined after which questioned me easily was committed. I told him yes, and he explained my spouse had a need to arrived at the visit since "these models are extremely costly", ect.insinuating that I'd require "a spouse" to qualify or manage Miracle Ear hearing aids. I told him I had been covered and he questioned easily had any thought just how much hearingaids price. I said yes, and we subsequently experienced a discussion about why a hearing assistance at his "foundation price" could be $995. I told him I understand you will find hearingaids provided for $500- $600, and even though I understand these mightn't function as the the surface of the point, or something I would need, my insurance just covered-up to $600 a device. Out-of attention, I questioned him why he believed hearingaids were therefore expensive (I'm well-aware hearingaids nowadays are extremely costly), considering you can purchase a Computer for less than $995. Then he explained he understood why. He explained "Who do you consider gives for that 2 hours of period we dropped nowadays?" and, "These 2 hours are a lack of cash"- indicating my supposed missed visit. I subsequently informed him he did not need to be a snotty Jackass, and that I would not be using the services of Wonder Hearing at-all, and that I hungup. If this really is a typical example of how they handle prospects, I'dnot trust them to become an honest, comprehensive, or trusted supply to purchase hearing aids from.
