For my Premarin (hormone replacement pills), I started ordering from this company in 2007. I was satisfied with the product and the service. It usually took three weeks for delivery from the date that I submitted my order on-line.
Then, when I placed my next to the last order I noticed right away that the pills looked different. They were not as shiny and had a dull finish, plus when I cut them with a pill splitter they were chalky-looking inside. I thought perhaps the heat had just gotten to them during the shipping process. I did take them, but all of my symptoms came back (hot flashes, night sweats, etc.). I corresponded by e-mail with SUN Drugstore numerous times about this problem. (I was told if I would furnish the generic name, then another would be sent in its place. I did comply with their request)
I decided to place another smaller order with them, hoping I would receive a quality product. It was placed on 6/21. Today, 8/22, I am still waiting for my order! Many e-mails and Chats have been exchanged regarding this order — all to no avail.
I was last advised that my order of 6/21 was incorrectly delivered to an address in Arizona and, therefore, my order would be replaced and shipped via Express Mail through the U.S. Postal System. I was given a website and Tracking #. The Tracking # is bogus!
I have spent literally hours in communications with SUN Drugstore regarding this matter. Not to mention, the affect it has had on my health.
This company now has approximately $200 of my money, and I have received absolutely nothing in return. It would be great if they could be taken out of business.
