I went in to Rite aid on Sat. August 13th, the pharmacist, in charge of the pharamcy, Michelle, filled a prescription for three meds. Upon opening the bottle at home I find there are only two.
First off, what kind of pharmacist can't count to three. Secondly, the Woman (michelle) has never been pleasant to me on any of my stops to the pharmacy there. I called the store to let them know I was short one, Stevie says, thats no problem sir we will take care of it, would you like to come back and get it. I told her it would be an inconvenience, and, I would pick it up the next chance I got, which was Monday.
Paul, the pharamcist that has always been kind courteous to all end tells me he will try to contact the girls that worked on Saturday and see if he could straighten it out. Still no success. Finally I go in today to pick up the miss counted one, and they called me a liar, told me there count was correct, and, I was just out of luck.
