I called HCG after noticing a charge for 89.95 on my bank statement. When I called trying to obtain a refund, this black lady who said her name was Whitney refused to give me a refund and would not transfer me to her supervisor, who she said was named Tracy. After 35 minutes of going round and round and nothing getting accomplished, I hung up on her and called again.
Claudia answered and I asked her for a supervisor and she transferred me right to Tracy. Tracy only gave me a 50% refund of my money. This is absurd I should of never been charged this 89.95 until I had their product. I asked her to send me an email stating the refund and a RA#. I had also asked Whitney for this and she refused because I had not yet received their product.
After speaking to Tracy she informed me that there was an error on "THEIR" part and that is why I had not received the product within the trial offer period. So I asked her, if they are assuming responsibility for the mess up, but yet I'm getting penalized for it. This is just absurb and should not be legal.
I received the email, surprisingly it is not from Tracy, but from Trina Newman. So I can only assume that they lie about their names so that they cannot be held accountable for speaking to clients because of how dishonestly this business is being ran.
