We serviced Automart Superstore for 3 years.in that 3 year period, they paid late most of the time. If I didn't make calls to them about their bill, they wouldn't pay.
We serviced them on Wednesday, December 24. They were open for business and everything seemed fine.
On Monday, I called about their bill with us as it was almost 90 days past due. No one answered the phone and their voice mail was full. I sent an email to the owner Tracy Tingue. No reply.
I went the their establishment and found that they had been evicted by their landlord.
They knew this was coming and said nothing to anyone. Tracy Tingue made no effort to settle up their bill and discontinue our service as to not incurr any more debt. They may have been able to cancel some of their services to save enough money to pay their rent, but they did not do that.
Tracy Tingue fraudulantly continued to do "business as usual" and skipped out on his bill with my company.
Tracy, if you are reading this, I would like to hear your defense to these statements.
