My 17 year old daughter had a membership at Gold's Gym, they talked her into getting a personal trainer. The personal trainer that she got, never showed up for her appointments, and never called to make appointments. My daughter saw her about 4 times. We paid well over 200.00 for nothing.
My daughters membership at Gold's Gym ran out at the beginning of March. The trainer membership goes on for a year. How can she have a trainer at Gold's Gym, when she does not have a Gold's Gym memebership. I tried to send them a letter, but the address they had on the contract is bogus. When I found out that, I stopped payment from my credit card. Now they sent it to collection.
Stating:
my payment of 35.00 was declined by my finacial institution. And that my account was assessed a $15.00 return fee. Then they said on March 17 that my current amount due was 50.00 and that if the payment was recieved after March 27th, that I would be assessed a late fee of 10.00 making my payment due 60.00.
Does that make any sense? First of all my payments were 25.00 a month! Hmmmmmmmmmmm
what a rip. I don't feel we owe them anything. Especially when you can not even get a hold of the company to talk to them about it. I truly don't think we should have to pay for NOTHING.
