InterBill Ltd ripoff taking money from my checking account illegally Saskatchewan

I received a notice from the bank that my checking account was overdrawn and I knew that it was not supposed to be. I checked with the automated banking and found out that a check in the amount of 139.00 had been run thru my account. I knew that I had not written one for that amount nor for that check number.

I went to the bank and they gave me a copy of a check that InterBill, Ltd had typed and deposited to their account. I have not authorized InterBill, Ltd to issue a check on my account. I do not understand how they got my checking account number.
