I ordered a free trial of face cream from http://www.radialabs.com/. I was only meant to pay for postage only, but they took 69.95 from my bank account, this has made me overdrawn on my account where I will incur 85 charges as I was on holiday when this money was taken, and as this transaction is classed as a switch transaction by the bank I am liable for both the cost taken by this company and the bank charges.
I haven't received anything in the post.
PLEASE be warned by my mistake of expecting to only pay the postage cost, once these people have your card details they can carry on taking money from your bank account, this means the hassle of having to cancel your bank card.
