This company is using a United Kingdom newspaper as backing for their products whereby a journalist has supposingly tested them and had amazing results, and are offering a FREE TRIAL that you are only supposed to be paying the postage & packaging charges for one months supply.
I sent off for the product Berri Ultimate Pro with a postage charge of 2.95 and also for the product Liposum, postage charge of 4.95. When the products arrived a few days later they both came in the same package. The confirmation e-mails of my order both state (TRIAL) on them and make no mention of being charged for these products.
By chance I saw some complaints on the internet of this company making unauthorised charges to peoples credit/debit cards for the full price of these two products and so quickly checked with my bank. Low and behold I had been charged 69.95 and 59.95 respectively for the supposed Free Trial. At once I contacted the customer support via telephone and was told by a man that it states in the TERMS & CONDITIONS that these charges would be made for the products after 14 days for the Berri Ultimate & 18 Days for the Liposum of trialing them, when I stated that I had not had them for 14 days yet, the response was that the 14 days goes from the date of your order! When I stated that I would be reporting the company to the British Trading Standards and Police authorities, the man said that if I emptied the bottles and returned them, then I will receive a FULL refund.
I have returned the products as advised and am awaiting to see if I do receive the refund, but having read another rip off report, will not hold by breath. If the refund is not made then I shall be taking this matter further, as it is blatent stealing.
