I got a free trial bottle of Beri Ultimate from Natural Products for a couple of pounds and they sent me an email on Saturday out of the blue saying that they would be taking the rest of the money from my account now that the free trial period of 14 days was over. I tried to stop it coming out but it had already happened.
I managed to get hold of a lady on the UK number (020 7979 7832) and she told me to send the product back and I will get a refund. The amount they took out of my account was £71.08 and I have had to pay £7.50 postage to send it back to Florida and she told me that as long as I kept the postage receipt they would reimburse me that too. I am sending it back today and have asked for it to all be refunded to me as soon as possible. Do you think this will happen...?
