I recently made an appointment for an eye exam, my first time with this company. The exam was to renew my prescription for eye glasses, which had not been for several years. I was not told all that would be done or the additional charges. They did know I was a Medicare patient. A few days later I received a statement showing what Medicare and I had paid plus an outstanding balance due. I was never advised of this charge or procedure until then. I will not use or recommend this company in the future.
