HERBAL CARE DIRECT I have been waiting almost a month for my product in which I have been charged for. I have tried and tried to contact the company as well as left informaiton where they could contact me with no success

I ordered a product from Kyra Therapy almost a month ago and I still haven't received it. I was charged for the product on June 13. I have repeatedly called and left my number for someone to call me back with no success. No matter which time of the day I call no one answers.
I will be sure from now on to be more careful when I order products on the internet.
