This company advertises a quite expensive weight loss product along with many success stories, photos, etc. I purchased their product around 2 months ago and after trying it for a month decided to call them since the product had no effect on me whatsoever. I got someone on the line, who literally told me they do not refund any money and hung up the phone. After many emails I got just one response telling me to direct my correspondence through their website. I have sent more than a dozen emails and have not received anything back, AT ALL, not an email, phone call, nothing. I have seen, since then, the same people from their success stories, in other websites, and find this outrageously unprofessional being such an expensive product and given the confidence they give you and the 200% return they offer.
I strongly believe, after one month trying to get someone to answer me, that they have intentionally stolen my $700.00 and have no intention to even give me a courtesy phone call and explain their actions. This is not the type of company we want selling their products online or anywhere. They are taking advantage of consumers with no regard to even explain themselves and I believe this action to be deceitful, cheating, selfish, and I also consider it to be an act of stealing from people.
I ask that anyone helps me bring this company to come up with an explanation. I am very happy to return their product to them as it is of no use at all and it does not work. I demand that they have the professionalism and use some of the money they charged me to make a phone call and respond to me. People like me is what keeps them in business, they have a responsibility to answer to our concerns and hanging up on people when they ask for a refund, or ignoring our emails and correspondence is a criminal act of robbery.
