On April 15 my-maids of honer and I was guests at the Hard Rock Casino beautiful deluxe room. It was suppose to be a nice evening for in a couple of days I was getting married. At around 10:30 pm a couple of my friend came to pick me up from my room, as I was getting dress to leave the room for the night to head downstairs to one of the clubs I was approach by a MOB (5) of security officers in front of my room door stating that too many people was in the room and other guest was complaining of noises. They were very rude and disrespectful. After requesting to speak to head of security a huge, big, white male came upstairs and stated he was head of security and that we had to leave the room... So after getting kick out of the room which I had book for overnight I was also surprised with an extra charge of $350 on my credit card when I called about the charge Hard rock told me it was for a coffee table that was scratch but when they submitted a claim to my bank to recoup the money they stated the charge was for deep cleaning the rooms carpet. I was in the room for 2 hours max and was rob by hard rock of a total of $550. I felt like after my friends came upstairs to pick me up front desk must of inform security after letting them up due to racial profiling. I don't even gamble nor attend any events that takes place at the hard rock anymore and never will. I went to Vegas and refuse to stay at the Hard Rock there due to this experience. The Hard Rock Seminole Hotel in Hollywood had left a bad taste in my month and a tea in my eye. Not to mention a debt in my pocket. I don't recommend anyone especially Latinos or Black to ever book a room at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel.
