Complaint / review text:
I answered an advertisement via web for free facial products for the price of mailing. A month later I was sent a duplicate product that I did not order. Less than than 3 weeks later I received a second product that I did not order. Each time I tried to call the contact number provided by them either the phone was never answe Ed or I was put on hold for 20+ minutes & my call never answered. When my credit card bill came in December (one month after the first unwanted shipment of the product). I had charges of $58 & $70.95. I still cant get ahold of the company to return the products sent to me or cancel future order they place & charge me for. I've had to call my credit card company to investigate this & am not guaranteed I won't still be charged for these or future products sent against my will. Help!
