Medical Emergency Professionals LLC is anything but professional. I used their emergency services in July of and they were promptly paid in full by both my insurer (CIGNA), and myself, in August on 2010. Since that time I have continually been billed by them for the amount that was promptly paid in full. I have called and spoken to them no less than five times, e mailed them copies of CIGNA statements and my cancelled check, and mailed them copies. To no avail - as I have now - almost a year later - received another bill for them for the same amount paid in August.

Furthermore, when you ask to speak to a manager regarding an 11 month old billling error, you are told there is no manager available, and they are not permitted to provide you with the name of any executive at the company. Jennifer, Shannon and Stephanie all assured me they would have the matter corrected during my many calls to them. My observation is that they have so many billing problems, they are unable to handle the complaints they are receiving. My next stop is to the US Department of Consumer Affairs. I would recommend that if you do any business with this organization you retain full documentation of everything as they have no competency in the record keeping area, their phone staff is not able to handle any error correction, and you will never be able to reach a manager or executive to remediate any issue you may have.
