This company never contacted me to let me know that my account would be sent to collections via mail or phone. I contacted them to pay when I realized that I was over charged by hundreds of dollars and told that they were collection charges. When I spoke with the accountant I was told that they called my home to inform me that it would be taken to collections. I asked her who she spoke with and she was unable to tell me.
This company failed to notify me of anything regarding my account and I would have been continuously charge had I not investigated on my own.
I have evidence that the account was being paid throughout the months and may have been late a few times, however, was being paid.
