When I initially contacted company, the noise in the call center, made it difficult to hear salespeaple correctly; misrepresntation of not just this product but added another product after I said NO thank you several times.
I contacted the company a two weeks ago to say I no longer wanted the product.
Now today, they charged my account 109.00!!!
Tried calling them today and not only will they not take the product back, but they will not refund the money they took from my account!
