I purchased a "free trial" of XTRIM ANTI-OXIDANT FAT BURNER" from a website. I didn't see any improvement in my weight loss (in fact I gained while on this product) and did not want to purchase any more of this product.
Without any notice, the company, Active Nutrition charged my Visa account $79.97. I haven't even received the other bottle yet!
I have tried every avenue possible to try to reach the customer service department of this company and can not reach anyone. My emails do not go through (bounce back) and the phone number on the bottle is a retirement home care center!
I was scammed! I accepted the "free trial" offers on the same day, so I was stung twice!
Another company that sells "Super Pro-Biotic" did the exact same thing to me. They charged my Visa account $79.95 within 2 days of the previous company's charge.
Buyer Beware! I lost a total of $159.92 from these companies. I had only agreed to the "trial offer" and they both charged me for a new bottle of their product without my permission.
All I want is my money back!
AND these businesses should be "Put on Notice" for their fraudulent practices.
