I ordered a trial bottle of 'ageless', my Visa was debited $14.95, never received product, charged another $49.95 on Visa. Made inquiries, was told that they would ship product right away, that was more than two weeks ago. Compained about the second charge of $49.95 that appeared on my Visa statement, was told that since I received & kept initial trial bottle that I owed them a further $49.95 after 15 days. I never received the darn product to start with, therefore even if I didn't like it I couldn't return it for refund, and as a result never stood a chance of avoiding the additional charge of $44.95. This is just plain fraud.
I advised them via e-mail that I had not received the initial trial bottle therefore should not have been charged a further $49.95 and asked them to send me a waybill # so that I could track the shipment, have not heard anything from them since. I have not received any product, at all, to date. I want the $14.95US plus $49.95US that was charged against my Visa account, ie-no product received, they need to issue me two credits.
Now I am even more concerned that other charges will appear on my Visa account for bogus product that is never shipped. I live in Canada and am paying US exchange therefore this little problem is getting a lot bigger by the day. As a result of this issue I will never again order anything on-line.
