Today thursday june 9 at 6:30pm est i regularly delivered my son towards the target pharmacy at area 900 e kemper rd springdale ohio 45246 513-671-8555 to get my program insulin, sensitivity tablets, and their cream. Just before me sending my boy i talked for the head pharmacist rob and he advised me that it'd become a backup pay about the insulin and the sensitivity tablets only. My son visited get the prescriptions and he returned with everything apart from the main factor, our insulin. The pharmacy closed at 7:00 pm and jeff had charged me for that insulin but didn't put it within the bag using the other medications. I named the store at 7:10pm and spoke to the night boss kristin and he or she recommend me that jeff had already left for the day which she nor any supervisors, drugstore supervisors, shop administrators has got the key for the pharmacy just rob. She explained she'd call rob to possess him return to the store to open the pharmacy and provides me our insulin he didnt pick within the bag at first and she'd call me back and i want to know when ahead pick it up today. At 8:00 pm i named backup to focus on since kristin hadn't named me back and i subsequently spoke to brent a goal worker, and he said that rob named back and spoke to kristin, and rob informed kristin to inform me that i really could call and talk to him tomorrow morning at 10 am once the pharmacy starts??? That is seems like he'sn't returning up for the store today to give me our insulin he didn't give me at first. So basically i've to possess high blood sugar levels through the night long and pray that i do not result in the er having a diabetic coma. Their actions were completely unexceptable, unprofessional, bad customer support and unexcusable. Like a pharmacist he was totally irresponsible and reckless. At this time an easy apology isn't appropriate. I intend on taking this complaint for the highest-level, and starting first using the better business agency.
