Isobel The Diet Solution Program, Ordered 3 items, ZAR 347.49, ZAR717.15 and ZAR 221.58. Never received. No E-mail received as promised

I ordered 3 items on-line - The Flat Belly Solution at ZAR 347.49, Smart Coaching at ZAR717.15 and The Fatloss Shortcut at ZAR221.58, on 31 March. Paid on line with Secure Payment Form through CLKBANK. I copied this form. The amounts are already deducted from my bank account on 31 March. I have yet to receive the items Please help me!!!
