This is an identity theft ring!!!
They used my info to have "replacement" credit card sent to them!!!
I never even received ANY of the bogus product I ordered & when I called & ALSO spoke to the young, white-sounding "Michael Jordan" he was scary-rude. Called 2nd time next day & was different kid & he also gave name of famous athlete & was talking to the 1st guy & laughing at me together.
Well w/in 1 week of that (this was all last fall, '10) my Amex called me about some young men trying to charge HUNDREDS of dollars @ Home Depot in CANADA!!! Of course I NIXED THAT immediately & that charge was denied, along w/a small charge an hour before (apparently a TEST to ensure it'd work before the HUGE charge!) @ a McDonald's!
ONLY reason this got caught is b/c I live in Houston TX & I had used my card here on same day so Amex thought charges were suspicious. So,
important: right now you should all cancel card you gave them & order replacement. And I had them put restriction on all future cards... I will have to answer security question for ALLLLL future cards!!! Hope this helps someone.
