I filed for disability. I have a lawyer send paper work, that needed statement from Dr. Silverman stating that i couldn't work for 1 year. He still never faxed any information about my physical condition to the lawyer. I've called Dr. Silverman, even stopped in the office. They say the have lost my records. This in my mind is a LIE!
