I purchased this product with the understanding that I could get my money back if I didn't like the product. I tried the stuff, sent the kits back and received it back stating that all of the product wasn't in the box.
I tried returning it again, but then they stated that the trial period had expired. I have tried calling, but get no answer. I'm still stuck with this product, my credit card was charged, and I can't use it!
I have contacted the BBB, but haven't heard anything. My question is, how are you supposed to try the product, but when you return it, they state that the kit is incomplete? I should've known better than trying something like this.
Initially, the customer service, (when they were selling the product to me) was very nice, Buyer Beware! After you receive the product don't bother returning it, they won't give you anything but a charge on your credit card.
