Ripoff I was assured that I could cancel the order if I was alergic to the pills

I was assured that I could cancel the order if I was alergic to the pills. I took them one week and broke out in hives. Tried to call but no-one ever answered the phones. They already charged me for another month but said they would cancel the rest of the orders. CAN I TRUST THEM? They wouldn't even listen to my problem very rude and so was I in the end..
