Wu yi tea cancelled order but they kept taking out of account

We saw advertised on Nationa television and wanted to give it a try. We wasnt satisfied with it after one week so we called and cancelled it within the given time to cancelled. We were assured it would be cancelled. We stopped recieving the product but the money keeps being deducted from our Credit Card. They refuse to answer our calls. We have paid over $200 for a $32.94 product. They have multiple names and addresses.
