I ordered the free PowerCleanse Trial on July 17. Within hours of ordering this product, I called customer service and had the order cancelled (after reading reviews regarding a scam). I was told that the order had been cancelled, no product would be sent to me, and that I would NOT be charged at all as the $79.95 charge was already pending at that time. I never received an email confirmation and the money was charged to my account within 1 week. Since this incident, I have called on 3 separate occasions and was told that the product was cancelled. I was also told that the account had been escalated to the Refunds Department, and that I would be recieving an email confirmation. I have not received an email confirmation either of those times. When I asked to speak with the manager, i was told that I couldn't prior to the Customer Service Representative hanging up the phone. It has now been almost a full month, and no money has been returned, nor has a product been recieved. Although I am not sure how to handle such a scam, I am determined to take this to the next level for complaint as freepowercleanse.com has been taking the money of many without disregard.
