I have disability insurance with Rockwell Automation, which is decided by APS Health care, July 21 I went off because of a disability, well a month passed and that is when APS helth care started contacting me every week wanting to know what I was doing, wanting more information from the doctor, calling the dr every week to wanting repeated information.
APS has only LPN, s that contact you. This LPN was trying over rule the dr. I had Two dr. S that disabled me. They would not recognize any information from them it always denied after september 15, no matter what the dr said, it was short term disability for six months.
I recieved little over two months of it. APS health care also wanted me to take a physical exam in which I had to pay 250.00 out of my own pocket for. I hope the viewers can see the true meaning of APS health care and company benefits.
